Envy is a company that amalgamates experienced management team and cleaning employees with technological advantage as an effective business model. We have also chosen a “Green- Path” therefore all the materials and equipment we use in daily operations will be as harmless to the environment as is practicable.
The Envy operational framework is underpinned by our commitment to quality management framework, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and Safe Work Methods procedures. In addition, the business is insured with public liability and product liability to protect the business and our customer against any unforeseen event.
Our business approach and expertise
The structure of Envy is defined with Director Chris Balas a hands-on manager who ensures sufficient resources and support for employees. His supervisor acts as his 2IC whilst another employee with experience and qualifications is in training for higher duties.
To ensure the highest quality of work, Envy’s employees are recruited through word of mouth recommendation and vetted by qualifications, experience and referees. They are also subjected to Police Checks and Working with Children Checks for some projects. They also have a probationary period of 1-3 months on the job with another Cleaner before they are independent on the job.
Envy’s business approach aims to ensure that the company conduct its business in a way that is ethical, taking into consideration the company’s impact on Social Factors [through employee and family welfare] and Environmental Factors [through Environmental Management Policy].
